Founded in 1981, Sungo Valves Group Co., Ltd. is a large, professional manufacturer of valves icluding ball valve, gate valve, check valve, globe valve and butterfly valves etc. It is an ISO9001, API 6D, API 607 and CE approved valve enterprise with 681 competetent staff including 20 engineers and 20 technicians. Now, we are always meeting international standard and our products accord with API, ANSI, ASME, ISO, DIN, BS, JIS and GB. We are one of the largest manufacture of valves and accessories in the country.
Currently our assets include a modernized plant and of more than 50 hectares of land, a technical R&D center in Shanghai, sales center, and a valve manufacturing and inspection center. We employ a highly competent staff of 680 including twenty technicians and twenty-two engineers. Since our foundation, we have always devoted ourselves to continual technical innovation.
Furthermore, we have our own CAD valve auxiliary design team, an advanced valve production packing line, computerized NC machine tools, an up-to-date processing center, and more than 330 sets of advanced production and testing equipment. These include material physiochemical test, ray detection, magnetic particle test, and spectral analysis equipment.
Moreover, we can also accept custom OEM orders. With an annual output of more than 3, 600 metric tons, we supply valves worldwide in the power, petroleum, chemical, construction, irrigation, shipping, foodstuff, and pharmaceutical industries.
